   I laughed, too.   
      
   If he had asked me -- which he didn't -- I would have said   
   "don't do it." But he didn't ask me and it was hilarious.   
      
   It also makes a very important point:  We don't know who   
   was in charge, who was making the decisions. All we know is   
   that it wasn't Joe Biden.
