   Yes. More than once. They have solved many crimes but not   
   all of them that they could have or should have, because you   
   don't matter. I don't matter.   
      
   Why pay you to offer up a DNA sample when they can create   
   a private for-profit company, charge people to submit a   
   sample and then sell the data to the government?
