I can't see Jerusalem from my location in Vancouver.
In fact, Jerusalem is underground through the globe
   from my location.

How is that technically possible, seeing that the
earth is a sphere 8,000 miles in diameter? Up for
me is down for those on the opposite side of the
   globe in Jerusalem.

When I do that, it's difficult to resist the
temptation to tweak the text to my liking.
Then you will complain that I'm being dishonest.
