   He's not a young man -- in his early 60s -- was a great   
   friend of Mick's (Doc's age) and a hard drug user since   
   at least his 20s....   
      
   Not doing good right now.   
      
   He's already been in and out of homes and hospitals, lost   
   a number of toes... looks like he's been through a famine...   
   lost his teeth... and he was so sick he couldn't even get   
   on the phone!
