   This is stupid. It's not just "Wrong" it's stupid.   
      
   "Universal" is irrelevant. You can, right NOW, talk   
   to someone anywhere on the planet and you will both   
   exist in that exact same moment.   
      
          ...via internet or satellite phone, for example.   
      
   YES 12am in Boston is 9pm in L.A. but people in those   
   cities can both jump up & down at the exact same   
   moment, talk to each other on the phone... live feeds...   
      
   Secondly, and more importantly, IT WOULDN'T BE A   
   NORMAL PHYSICAL OCCURRENCE. It would be an act of God.   
      
   The fundies aren't claiming a normal physical   
   occurrence, they're claiming that God would make these   
   things happen. That, they are abnormal. They don't   
   happen every day. THEY NEVER HAPPENED!   
      
   Disclaimer:  I dismiss the whole "Rapture" business as
