   Sociopaths are all victims. I believe that's a defining   
   characteristic.

   I sociopath is justifying themselves. So if they say "I   
   will do {a} if you do {b}" then they believe what they're   
   saying is totally reasonable, you SHOULD agree.   
      
   They're not lying to you, they're lying to them. They're   
   keeping their narrative going -- "I am such an AWESOME   
   person, offering to sexually exploit this young woman."
