They're considering taking it to a real judge, since
the "judge" in question is actually a magistrate, and
he has a conflict of interest since his wife works as
an assistant attorney general in the Minnesota Attorney
   General Keith Ellison's office.

You'd think an honest "mainstream" media would be on
top of that story, but no. The only place I could find
   it was here:

Headline: "Wife of judge who refused to sign off on
Don Lemon charges is Asst AG to Keith Ellison: report"

[excerpt] The magistrate who refused to sign off on
charges brought by the Department of Justice against
Don Lemon for storming into a church in St. Paul,
Minnesota has been identified as Magistrate Judge
Douglas Micko, and his wife reportedly works as the
assistant attorney general in Keith Ellison's office.

Micko's wife, Caitlin Micko, has also shown support
for anti-ICE posts on LinkedIn, according to a report
from Human Events Daily host Jack Posobiec. [end excerpt]

   gn-off-on-don-lemon-charges-is-asst-ag-to-keith-ellison-report

There's also this, from Fox News reporter Bill Melugin:

[quoting] "Multiple sources tell me & colleague David
Spunt that the federal magistrate in Minnesota who
refused to sign off on an arrest warrant for Don Lemon
is Douglas L. Micko and that his wife works as an
Assistant Attorney General in Minnesota AG Keith
   Ellison's office." [end excerpt]

Once again, it's a Fox News reporter who has this
information and is reporting it, while the remaining
LIARS in the LYING "mainstream" media have nothing to
   say about it.

They're going to get him on something. The problem
Don Lemon has is that he was not acting as an impartial
journalist who just happened to be on the scene and
reported it without participating. The problem for Don
Lemon is that he was arguing with people at the church.
He made himself a participant in that unlawful invasion
   of that church.

He can be overruled by a real judge. One thing is for
certain, the DOJ is not going to just let this go
   without a fight.
