   Turn back the clock 20 years or more and illegal aliens

   You can pretend they're not but there's no way they   
   could be anything else.   
      
   If you want to hire an engineer, say, from Europe. You   
   want to fly your new engineer in from Sweden, hire him   
   for an opening, do you know what you have to do in this   
   country?  You have to submit a thorough job description,   
   their duties, the work they will perform, together with   
   all salary information to the government. And then the   
   government can -- and often will -- tell you "No." They   
   can and often will say that you need to pay them more.   
   That, you're undermining the American job market with   
   labor willing to work less and you can't hire this   
   foreigner unless you pay them more, bring them up to   
   American standards. But for hourly wage earners...   
      
   The exact same economic dynamics apply to hourly wage   
   earners, but they're a lower class. They don't matter.   
   So flood the job market with cheap, exploitable labor,   
   driving down wages, and reap the rewards!   
      
   EVERYONE to the left of Hitler knew this 25 years ago.   
      
   Oh. Do you think it's socialist hippies who own and   
   control the media?  Do you think it's some communally   
   living nuns that produce & disseminate the media narrative?
