   Yes, I remember when the RINOs were trying to push   
   through their brand new amnesty (after they told us   
   in 1986 that if we just did it that one time, we'd   
   never have to do it again). The new amnesty was in   
   2007, with GW Bush and John McCain leading the way.   
      
   That's when the fledgling Tea Party movement made   
   SO many phone calls to the Congressional switchboard,   
   that we shut down the switchboard and they received   
   SO many calls and emails informing them that they'd   
   lose their next election if they passed that amnesty),   
   that the proposed amnesty died that night on the   
   Senate floor after they started the day SURE that   
   it would pass.   
      
   When the media questioned GW Bush about it during   
   that day, he said, "We'll get 'er done." He was wrong.
