   There's this FANTASTIC line from my favorite most   
   movie of all time, and it goes like this:   
      
   "Listen. I can't make you a great dancer. I don't even   
   know if I can make you a good dancer. But, if you keep   
   trying and don't quit, I know I can make you a better   
   dancer."   
      
   I'd say you could make that guy a good dancer,   
   metaphorically speaking. Better? DEFINITELY! Good? I'm   
   willing to bet that, yes, he can be good.   
      
   He's not a flaming narcissist, is he? If not, he should
