And those two drugs       both map DIRECTLY to why I ended up in the ICU, doing what they called       "The Death Rattle." Those drugs are...              #1. Gemfibrozil              It's for my triglycerides, which are so bad that people who know what       they are call me a liar, thinking they could never get that high.              This Gemfibrozil works, btw. So doesn't a strict regiment of fish oil       if we're speaking of AT LEAST 1,000 mg a day NOT of the fish oil but       the DHA & EPA. ANY amount is helpful but if you want to use it to       lower those triglycerides then make sure you're taking AT LEAST 1,000       mg per day -- OF THE DHA & EPA!              Lots of fish oil will say "1,000mg" on the label, when it's only the       oil itself, and the DHA & EPA can be down in the hundreds.              EVEN THAT IS GOOD FOR YOU, but never going to take a chunk out of your       triglycerides...              #2. Trulicity              It's a really good medication for Type-2 diabetes. It's a needle --       well. A pen -- and it can hurt but it's only once a week and it       actually works! It lowers my blood sugars, let's me eat loads of       crap, drink a lot of Coke & shit.              Not in love with any other pills.                                                                                                                       >> Fun fact: The doctor prescribed it last Tuesday and I didn't       >> hold the pills in my hand before FRIDAY.
