From: jtem01@gmail.com              Well I don't "Hate" this video but it's not good...              https://youtu.be/j-VdzYNnyNU?si=ilNFF-mnavrOF-l9              Oh yes, he's got a VERY modern almost "Ambiguous" sexuality       thing going, which I can't help but think has to be a big       plus on the social media Hellscape. He's 18, which means he's       not just a consenting adult in America but 2-years past       "Consenting Adult" in the U.K.... two years older than       Greta at her peak.              The video isn't good.              It just isn't.              It's too dark. The lighting is awful. The camera work       is sloppy. And I get that camera movement is important       for what is otherwise a static shot. I get it.              See: The old rule used to be 10 shots per minute --       one different shot (cut) ever 10 seconds -- but in       today's Short Attention Span Theater even that's not       enough!              I think the original Star wars, the first print of       the film, had maybe 300 cuts, or under 400 anyway. And       the last Bourne Identity flick had well over 2,0000.              "Things have changed."              And why I bring this up is because camera movement       negatives this need. If the camera is static, you       change the view by splicing in more shots -- the more       splices, the faster the pace. But if the camera is in       motion you are changing the view on the fly! You don't       need to perform any cuts, splice in different shots.              So the video has lots of camera movement, showing that       that they have knowledge of the rules of good film       making, but the camera movements are sloppy, proving once       again that "Knowledge" is no substitute for talent!              I. Do. Not. Like. The. Camera. Work.              I honestly don't.              I don't see any "Film Making" in the video. I see someone       following rules that they read.                                   --       https://jtem.tumblr.com/              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
