   One problem with this new Adult ADHD medication is that it's   
   a stimulant -- duh -- and it can last for "Up to" 14 hours!   
   So you need to take it early, and by that I mean that *I*   
   have to.   
      
   And I'm not good at taking pills. I'm not.   
      
   The norm for me is to not take my "Morning" pills until the   
   afternoon, and sometimes late into the afternoon. This was   
   chiefly due to the fact that "it's better" to take them   
   with food, and I'm not a big morning eater. So I'll   
   intentionally hold off until I do eat something!   
      
   I was already like this, btw, BEFORE I somehow found myself   
   with prescriptions for every manner of drug known to kill   
   your appetite. Lucky me, addicted to Coke, I was drinking   
   more than enough calories to keep me going, and store away   
   any fats in my diet....   
      
   Still been losing weight at this point.   
      
   184!  And people notice!   
      
   "Gee, you don;t look quite as disgustingly fat today. Are   
   you dying or something?"   
      
   Actually, no, they're polite:  "You lost weight!"   
      
   And the people who really notice are folks like Bunny, who   
   want to lose a few pounds...   
      
      
   I've already decided:  I'm going to tell my doctor that I'm   
   willing to keep on the Crystal Meth for at least a month, but   
   I do NOT want her to up the dose!   
      
   For these pills you normally start at 30 mg and then after a   
   while -- a week, a month? -- you double it to 60. And I honestly   
   am afraid to double it. So either drop it entirely or freeze it   
   for now at 30.   
      
   Not that I foresee any moment in time when I'll be like, "Hey,   
   yeah, double it!  I'm cool with that." But maybe it'll stop
