   Just having a gun IN A RETREAT STATE and sparking a confrontation   
   is a crime.   
      
   In a "Retreat State," if you're walking down the street and up   
   ahead you see a group of "Scary looking" people, you are   
   legally obligated to turn around and walk away. You are under   
   every legal obligation to AVOID conflict when you're carrying   
   a gun.
