   A "Retreat State" -- like Massachusetts or Minnesota -- is called   
   a "Retreat State" because you are legally obligated to "Retreat"   
   from any situation where they may be conflict. People here HAVE   
   BEEN prosecuted under the claim that they could have escaped out   
   the back door, as the person was coming in through the front...   
      
   NOTE:  That much was finally defeated!  Castle Doctrine applies
