   My utterly *Brilliant* comment which I will be shocked

   So Dr. Grande is insanely wrong here, and I can easily   
   dispel his nonsense with two points:  #1.  Did Don Lemon   
   know in advance what was going to happen and choose to   
   participate?  Yes.  #2. Did Don Lemons ACTIONS INSIDE   
   THAT CHURCH contribute to the known-in-advance goals of   
   the activists he pretends to not be involved with?  And   
   the answer is that Don Lemons actions FURTHERED the goals   
   of those activists. He went there KNOWING IN ADVANCE what   
   their intention was, and he contributed to their reaching   
   their goal. He's guilty. And he needs to go to prison   
   because if he doesn't these laws are gone. Everyone ever   
   convicted under them can march into court and demand their   
   convictions be vacated. The laws are unenforceable if Don   
   Lemon is not punished for knowingly and intentionally   
   going to that church in order to violate their civil   
   rights. That's what he did. And we punish ACTIONS. He did   
   it, he proved he did it, he proved he did with malice of   
   forethought AND after the fact he lied about it all,   
   proving he knew he did wrong. He's guilty and if he isn't   
   punished it's the people these laws were created to   
   protect who will be hurt the most. Lock the maggot up!
