   That would only matter if I had said "It was illegal   
   for him to be there with a gun BECAUSE ICE officers   
   are real law enforcement."   
      
   It honestly could not matter one wit even if he knew   
   for a fact that there wasn't a law enforcement officer   
   within eight miles. It's a retreat state. You are   
   legally obligated to "Retreat" from ANY situation where   
   there is a potential for conflict.
