   So try not to troll this just once, because WHO did this is   
   irrelevant. The fact is that our public schools are saddled   
   with mandates, and if we privatize the schools then those   
   private schools will be saddled with those same mandates:

   The problem -- the mandates -- is not solved by privatization.   
   Eliminating the mandates solves the problems caused by the   
   mandates, not privatization.   
      
   Because, you can have a private school, sure, but the moment   
   you want taxpayer money the government has every right to   
   tie government strings to that money.

   We're not talking about the way things are now. The moment   
   private schools are replacing public schools, and taking   
   the public money, they start playing under the exact same
