   He created it AFTER the 9/11 attack, back when the TV was   
   comparing him to Winston Churchill, attacks on him were   
   poison -- got you Cancelled -- and he was at the very   
   height of his power. I remember, grepping for one good   
   thing to say about Dubya, that he was restrained. That,   
   he could have nuked Afghanistan and he would have been   
   cheered from every corner of America.
