   So this guy rocks. He's not young enough of a "Mike,"   
   not classically "Handsome" enough either but, he's   
   got talent.   
      
   I've seen a number of his reels, btw. This is not my   
   favorite but it serves the purpose...   
      
   The videos aren't delivering. There's too much going   
   on to focus it all on the voice, the singing talent.   
   And there just isn't enough going on to engage you   
   visually.   
      
   No connection to the lyrics, for example.   
      
   Ideally the visual should be engaging. On it's own.   
   AND the audio should be engaging. On it's own. And   
   the video is failing here, and in the other cases I've
