   No, I actually DID read it -- and I couldn't help   
   but imagine how gleeful all the lawyers would be   
   to write up that bill with about a thousand or   
   more pages of law language! It would become SO   
   convoluted, no one would know how to enforce it.   
      
   Let's just stick to the easiest way to do this,   
   and let the failing media outlets fail, without   
   your rescue plan.
