   That is not the info given you; or at very befst a highly slective   
   misleading bit was chosen.  What source did you consult to find the   
   suggested info above?  I would be happy to explain it for you.   
      
   It is an observation taken directly from God's 2nd revelation; in the ever   
   brighter light He has provided.  It answers fully your question.   
      
   In any case it has nothing to do with the "design" question posed.
