Deu 32:22 For a fire is kindled in mine anger, and shall burn unto the lowest
hell, and shall consume the earth with her increase, and set on fire the
   foundations of the mountains.

No one I know of disregards the ball of fire in the center of the earth, not
   volcano's

Mat 5:22But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without
a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his
brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say,
Thou fool, shall be in danger of hellfire.

   Hellfire is speaking of

   geenna Thayer Definition:

   1) Hell is the place of the future punishment call “Gehenna” or
“Gehenna of fire”. This was originally the valley of Hinnom, south of
Jerusalem, where the filth and dead animals of the city were cast out and
burned; a fit symbol of the wicked and their future destruction.

   Fire is Fire.

   Both separate words in Greek.

   Not one word of "Hellfire"

The Gehenna of fire (γεενναν του πυρος), a Hebrew word
denoting the Valley of Hinnom (Jos 15:8 note), a place S.E. of Jerusalem (Jos
18:16), where formerly children had been sacrificed to Moloch, and afterwards
the carcasses of animals and dead bodies of malefactors were burnt in a fire
constantly kept up; a part of which was called Tophet, which in Hebrew is A
   fire-stove:
