   this is how they fix it with a changed apostatized book from the real   
   one.   This is not the true Bible......   
      
   vs 9 is close, its the next one that is all wrong.   
      
       	9 For if thou confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in   
   thy heart that God hath raised him up from the dead, thou shalt be saved.   
      
   	10 For, with the heart, we believe unto justice; but, with the mouth,   
   confession is made unto salvation.   
      
   	11 For the scripture saith: Whosoever believeth in him, shall not be   
   confounded.   
      
   this does not mean saved, confounded.  it means not be confounded.

   and its very clear about confession.  So is merit.  Precepts say, you   
   have to ,make reparation which means make amends to the one you wronged   
   first, which is merit, before, you can go to confession, or your wasting   
   you time talking to God,  For He does not hear James at all ever.
