   Friend james got all in a frensy defending the jw vatican "impailement on   
   tourture stake" from the jw vatican's nwt "transslation".  That was over   
   the understanding of upright "pole" in the greek NT as the greek word to   
   mean a roman cross as 2nd century christian greek authors described the   
   upright structure as a "pole" with crossbr.   
      
   So, can friend james apply the same wooden logic to the hebrew "red sea"   
   for us when applied to Moses "crossing"?  Hours of searching the nw vatican   
   "library" will now ensue.  Their crack hebrew scholars must have something;   
   oh dear; we forgot they have *NO* scholars of greekor hebrew; so the   
   "right" answer will be direct from the divine no doubt in a flash of "new   
   light"?
