   Friend james; here is the part in Matthew which describes the judgement of   
   those of the jw who do not extend charity toward "*all*" in need; *not*   
   limited to jw devotees only.  It is based on the commandment of love Christ   
   expressed to include everyone,ie. "do unto others/love neighbor as selff":
