   Exo 33:18-23

   live.

   22 And it shall come to pass, while my glory passeth by, that I will put thee   
   in a clift of the rock, and will cover thee with my hand while I pass by:   
      
   23 And I will take away mine hand, and thou shalt see my back parts: but my   
   face shall not be seen.   
      
   Here, Behold the truth of God as quoted above.   
      
   To WHOM was Moses speaking to, face to face? The LORD.   
      
   In Verse 17 "And the LORD said unto Moses,"

   The Law originated with the LORD, it was negotiated by Moses and the LORD, you   
   do not understand the scripture you quoted here. Many do not as they assume.
