   What is the basis in scripture that says *all* christians are *not*   
   obligated to do charity to all who might need it?   
      
   Also, where does it say in scripture only fellow jw members recieve charity   
   sometimes and it is done "only through the jw vatican as listed below?  Why   
   is giving to any other reputable charity discouraged in the strongest   
   terms?
