   reported by parents and victims to civil law nforcement authorities.  the   
   jw vatican lied on the witness stand and refuses to provide the names in   
   the confirmed thousands of reports in jw vatican records of child sexual   
   abuse.  Despite this "theocratic warefare".ie, permission to lie millions   
   were paid by the jw vatican in the child sex abuse cases.  Those additional   
   thousands of confirmed cases in jw vatican records are home free because of   
   protection from court subpoenas.   
      
   Yes guidelines exist; they are window dressing designed to obscure the   
   reality of the "lying for jehovah" practices condoned by the jw vatican   
   and to assure jw devotees their children are "really safe" from the   
   abusers among them..
