   Ah; perhaps the jw vatican sources use the alterntive spelling "pi ta" that   
   explains his fialed "research"?  Or perhaps at the local "hall" it is no   
   longer an issue.  In past the answer was don't do it because of rcc/ and   
   local traditional native american religious connections.   
      
   A few years ago that was changed.  If a current practice no longer includes   
   "pagan" religious elements; then go for it if you wish.   
      
   Hmm, then applying the same idea for birthdays/mother's days and other   
   observation/celebrations without "pagan" religious ideas mentioned; now   
   have a "go for it if you wish" with a jw vatican blessing, no?
