   It is not "jehovah", the 2nd jw pope ruthrford I chose that name in total   
   ignorance of scripture; *total*.  It is a laugh on him in fact.   
      
   It is the mistaken version of a rcc monk in the middle ages.  That is when   
   the laugh comes in.  Rutherford I was an anti-rcc begot and hater proudly   
   using a rcc error in prideful ignorance.   
      
   When later the jw nwt "NT translation" was done all greek names for God   
   were changed to "jehovah".  In the greek it was "theos as written by the   
   apostles.  It was not the 4 letter without vowels hebrew name given Moses   
   as the jw vatican claims.  So in effect, the jw vatican "corrected" the   
   apostles original greek choice   
      
   They have never to this day have *any* scholars of greek/hebrew but still   
   "corrected" the apostles.  Now ain't that special?   
      
   But wait; the jw vatican has a fairy tale to cover their gross blunder and   
   slap to the apostles face .   
      
   They made up the story that "jewish scribes" during the 2nd century went   
   ever where to find all greekNT copies and remove the hebrew 4 letter name   
   to  the greek name really used by the apostles..
