I can find the word “oikonomos” In 1kings, etc. but not in Genesis.
In the verses you mentioned there is the word Dominion, meaning supremacy.
I understand, based on what the other person you replied to that you might be
speaking of a concept from your exchange with him, yet I am uncertain. Hence
the question.
