   of special abilities he had no special abilities. After   
   that evolution, if it has occurred, he has psychedelic   
   drug enhanceable special ability, which some Latin   
   American shamans have and which I discuss in detail   
   on the thread “Blake Lively is psychedelic drug enhanceable”   
   on alt. religion.druid . Since he is a country leader   
   and I am pretty sure he is minor criminal or better,   
   he is also an assisted shaktipat recipient and has all   
   of my special abilities including matchmaking and   
   special abilities determination.   
      
   And note that before special abilities evolution,   
   Percy Hynes White and Winona Ryder both had   
   (and still have) peacemaker (by willing, not by   
   prayer or by talking) special ability. After that   
   evolution, if it has occurred, Antonio Guterres   
   and Stevie Nicks should also have that ability.
