   If my latest attempt to instigate sudden evolution, including   
   of current adults, is succeeding, nuclear DNA has been   
   adjusted, and as a result all cancer cells have been   
   rendered benign, so Joe Biden is cured.   
      
   However tumours will more readily shrink for people   
   who are minor criminal or better, or who are medium   
   criminal or worse and are following their healing   
   circle prescription, which can be obtained to some   
   extent by common sense/intuition or in more detail by   
   consulting someone with a divination ability that   
   can be used for readings. That now includes all   
   those ordained to priest level or equivalent or higher,   
   and atheist judges, psychiatrists, psychotherapists,   
   prison wardens, police, and secret service agents,   
   as well as non-atheist forensic psychiatrists and   
   forensic psychotherapists, and also those who   
   regularly do readings (e.g. tarot) who have a readings   
   client base of at least 100 not including themself.   
   They would be able to meditatively intuit the best   
   course of action for themself or other, but would   
   not be able to intuit the crime(s) and would not   
   generally have precog ability.
