   I'm glad to be able to inform you that, not at all due to budget   
   pressures but for entirely commendable ends, the present coalition   
   managing the Land of Tranquil light has replaced both the 72   
   thousand virgins and the Aston Martin with a community bicycle.   
   Everyone says she's quite a comfortable ride, really.
