   still enjoying the dark side?  what a waste - it's limiting and causes   
   more suffering.  the manson types make believe they enjoy suffering and   
   relish it, but it's just an attempt to avoid it because they've suffered   
   so much in the past, and it is convoluted and futile. You're   
   intelligent, get off that bus.  To head the other way you have to face   
   the pain and process it out.  Read the Autobiography of Milarepa.
