   it was posted is rather inaccurate. What he seems to be saying (very   
   eloquently) seems to me to be:   
      
   Traditional Western dog-eat-dog capitalism = good   
   Trying to ameliorate the effects of it by state action = envy and   
   theft   
      
   It's a point of view that's become increasingly common in the UK in   
   the last 30 years or so; maybe it's different in the Netherlands.
