   Milley speaking to Congress has yet to suggest that Biden is Mentally   
   ill.  When he has the perfect opportunity to express his concerns for   
   the MENTAL HEALTH of a President, he doesn't do it...  But he is willing   
   to undermine the office of the Presidency and the Constitution in secret   
   with fellow Democrat conspirators like Nancy Pelosi and the FBI?
