   Imho thats average population transfer or imigration from poor   
   countries. It's not as if americans don't emigrate into other countries.   
   There are quite a few places on earth where the average citizen is   
   equaly or even better off in terms of employment, wages, healthcare and   
   so on than in the US.   
   It's not that I think the USA are a bad place to live in, but they're   
   far away from being paradise, so stop thinking everybody would die to   
   live there, I certainly wouldn't.
