   I closed my eyes and sat in relaxation, not wanting anything, not doing   
   anything, neither to prove anything nor to be bothered by you or your   
   thoughts. I then became attentive to outside noises, inside voices, visuals   
   also popularised as thoughts,    
   fleeting feelings and their emotions like a movie that is played in cinemas. I   
   slowly lost my self in this movie, laughed when there was laughter, cried when   
   there was weeping, scared when there was fear with a constant suggestion of   
   what to do next and    
   so on. It was only when the projected drama came to an end with a list of its   
   cast & crew I came back to my senses with a realisation that I am not what was   
   played to me. How often do you silently witness the drama in your life without   
   taking part in it?
