   Years ago I facilitated a similar four-way soul alignment   
   between deceased pagans Peter and Sheena Parnham, a   
   resident demon (not necessarily criminal), and The Ship Pub,   
   also in downtown St. John's, which was founded by the   
   Parnhams (as The Ship Inn).
