Today I have come down with a cold and my brother James,
who also has bipolar disorder though his symptoms/cycles
are different from mine (which I describe on my
Salmon on the Thorns webpage), says he has had
a sore throat for a few days.

So anyway I hope that this is the Chill of Math, described
in the Welsh Mabinogion, which Gwydion and his brother
Gilfaethwy experienced at the end of three years of
being transformed into animals (a different animal
   each year) by Math.

From that I intuit that Gwydion had three years of
low/working years, like Jesus, and not the more
common seven years. I expected to go 29 years
(the common seven plus two 11 year sunspot
cycles) but am now at a little more than 30, which
I think is due to the latest sunspot cycle lasting
longer than the average 11 years. But I hope
that they will end shortly and that there might be
the blessings of Arianrhod rather than the prison
   of Arianrhod.

(Also after midnight it will be the last Friday in February,
which is International Stand Up to Bullying Day.)
