   Spokane Police say the shooting does not appear to be a random act and they   
   have probable cause to arrest Burkey on several charges including 2nd Degree   
   Murder.   
      
   SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. — Spokane Police have identified a suspect they say is   
   connected to the shooting that killed 13-year-old Gavin Looper. Spokane Police   
   say they are looking for 25-year-old Glen Dylan Burkey.   
      
   Police say Burkey is five foot eight inches tall and weighs 210 pounds and has   
   green eyes.   
      
   Spokane Police say the shooting does not appear to be a random act and they   
   have probable cause to arrest Burkey for 2nd Degree Murder, Drive By Shooting   
   and 2nd Degree Assault.   
      
   Police say Burkey should be considered armed and dangerous.

   Burkey has several prior convictions in Spokane County. In 2019 he was   
   convicted of criminal mischief, in 2020 he was convicted of felony criminal   
   mischief and in 2023 he was convicted of criminal mischief.
