Do you know of a fetus who sinned??? i dont, they are without sin and are
   saved.
You say there are four who were saved before being born, the Scriptures
say there were millions. 1 Kings.19:18, God said i have saved for myself
seven thousand who have not knelled to baal and have not kissed him, seven
means spiritual completness and thousand means the Glory of God, there are
millions and most of them are here today, study.
