   A 40-year-old man has been charged with opening fire in a bank in   
   Anaheim across the street from the city’s police station, police said   
   Friday.   
      
   Police were called about 10:45 a.m. Tuesday to the Bank of America   
   branch at 300 S. Harbor Blvd., near Broadway, regarding an active   
   shooter inside, Anaheim Police Department Sgt. Matt Sutter said.   
      
   The bank is just across from the police station so officers responded   
   within a minute and took Oziel Hernandez into custody without incident,   
   Sutter said.   
      
   Hernandez was charged Thursday with robbery, discharge of a gun in an   
   occupied building, and assault with a firearm, all felonies. Hernandez   
   is also facing sentencing enhancements for personal use of a deadly   
   weapon, armed with a gun in the commission of a felony, personal use of   
   a gun and firing a gun.   
      
   Hernandez pleaded not guilty in his arraignment in the jail courtroom in   
   Santa Ana Thursday and was scheduled to return to court on Sept. 12 in   
   the North Justice Center for a pretrial hearing.   
      
   No one was injured in the shooting, Sutter said.
