   What to know about Sean "Diddy" Combs sentencing   
      
   A judge on Friday ordered Sean "Diddy" Combs to serve 50 months in   
   prison — just over four years — for two prostitution-related charges.   
   Combs was also given five years of supervised release and a $500,000 fine.   
      
   Combs was sentenced in federal court in New York City, three months   
   after he was convicted on the two prostitution-related charges. He was   
   acquitted on the more serious charges of sex trafficking and   
   racketeering conspiracy.   
      
   Prosecutors had requested a sentence of 11 years and three months in   
   prison. Combs' lawyers argued that he should receive no more than 14   
   months, with credit for time already served since his arrest in   
   September 2024.
