   Rudy let his mouth override his ass and told Gunner he'd kick his ass.   
      
   Gunner told Rudy to put up or shut up, a date and time for the fight was   
   set.   
      
   Gunner and witnesses arrived at the designated time and place, except no   
   Rudy was there.   
      
   Rudy never showed up and he continues to lie about what happened that day.
