|    'A Brand Problem': Poll Delivers Blow to    |

XPost: alt.fan.rush-limbaugh, sac.politics, talk.politics.guns       XPost: alt.politics.republicans       From: r62n@nynex.zib              Quinnipiac University polling has revealed that young voters who       supported President Donald Trump in the 2024 election are increasingly       expressing regret, citing frustration with his handling of the economy       and immigration. Quinnipiac reported that its latest polling data shows       a notable shift in sentiment among former Trump backers. Analysts have       noted that the changes may impact the GOP's standing approaching the       2026 midterm elections.              Sen. Minority Leader Charles Schumer (D-NY) and House Minority Leader       Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) have faced ongoing pressure over the party’s       response to Trump’s agenda.              DNC Chair Ken Martin acknowledged the party's current challenges but       expressed confidence that Democrats can rebuild their image. 30% of       voters nationwide said they have a favorable opinion of the Democratic       Party, while 54% say they hold an unfavorable opinion.              Martin said, "We do have a brand problem." He added, "When you hit rock       bottom, there's only one direction to go, and that's up, and that's what       we're doing."              Quinnipiac reported that only 38% view the Republican Party favorably.       Trump’s approval is also 38%, with 54% disapproving. Both parties have       seen declining favorability. The Democratic Party has struggled since       the 2024 presidential election, losing the White House, Senate, and the       House. Democrats also lost ground among Black, Hispanic, and younger voters.              David Wilson covers U.S. politics & news for content partner Modern       Newsstand LLC.              https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/a-brand-problem-poll-del       vers-blow-to-democrats/ss-AA1NUTBc              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
