   Oh, my, I forgot about that. So Democrats can't even correct Schumer's error   
   in turning over the entire US budget to the President and the Office of   
   Management and Budge to eliminate for good any spending they want to... and   
   it doesn't come back when money resumes.. it would take a whole new law to   
   get those things back.   
      
   Right now, Trump has the power to eliminate workers, programs, agencies and   
   even entire departments if chooses to do so.   
   Basically the Democrats handed him a blank piece of paper he can use to   
   restrict, reduce or eliminate ANYTHING that depends on federal money.
