   A state cannot regulate how a federal officer does their federal duties.   
   But it can regulate non-federal activities. Like mail carriers driving   
   on public roads.   
      
   The law stands until it is challenged and stricken by a judge. That will   
   require Ice Barbie to testify why hiding their identity and ICEstapo   
   employer are part of their federal duties.
